FARGO, N.D. (July 30, 2012) — TMI Hospitality, a leading hospitality management company based in Fargo, N.D., has opened North Dakota’s first Residence Inn by Marriott, located at 3421 N. 14th St. in Bismarck.

The 92-room Residence Inn offers guests convenient access to a multitude of restaurants, shops, recreation options and health care facilities. The hotel is minutes from the Kirkwood Mall, the North Dakota State Capitol, Bismarck State College and the University of Mary.

“Bismarck’s robust economy brings business and leisure travelers to the community who stay for several days or weeks, and this has created the demand for a lodging option with more amenities,” said Lauris Molbert, CEO of TMI Hospitality. “This is the first of several new hotels we will be opening in North Dakota, as the state continues to support our company’s growth and success as well as create the need for more rooms for guests.”
